Our History

Linda Nicolas established WestCana in 1995 to be a contract food service provider for health care facilities and correctional institutions. Linda's previous work experience as a dietician and operations manager in a wide range of support service companies provides a strong background to assist in implementing the current outstanding processes. Since our inception, we have expanded into educational, business, and institutional settings.
