WestCana provides to all clients the highest level of products and customer service. For all our facilities we create customized menus to suit the specific dietary requirements of all residents, and never sacrifice taste or quality. Regardless of the type of meal required by a resident, we will ensure that the food is flavorful and well presented.

At WestCana, our knowledge and experience originated in health care: long term care, assisted living, and retirement facilities. Our senior managers bring knowledge and experience from years of site management, and leverage on strengths that will ensure that we will succeed in the future.

All of our site managers are required to be certified in nutritional management, and many are Red Seal Chefs.

All of our food service employees, both the dietary aides and kitchen staff, receive regular training on food safety to maintain the highest level of protection for our residents. The dietary aides are trained on infection control as well, to reduce the risk of cross contamination in the dining areas.
