At WestCana, our approach to maintenance is simple, as we recognize that the best system for the majority of maintenance departments is Preventative Maintenance.

The preventative maintenance approach that we employ sets us apart from all contractors. We provide daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance of large and small equipment throughout the building along with spring/summer and fall/winter maintenance as part of our maintenance program. Regular work orders for items such as painting, plumbing, electrical and other maintenance tasks are part of the regular work routine. We work to consistently identify and remedy minor problems before they become major problems. Our maintenance departments and staff are available 24/7 and are trained to assess situations and act quickly to resolve and prevent major damages while keeping our residents and staff safe at all times.

Our maintenance department are integral parts of the emergency preparedness plan at each site.
