Management Operations involves continuous communication, preparation, and effective risk management. Our operations management framework is able to deliver on the following activities:

Project Concept Phase

• We will assist in Property Fact Sheet development
• We will assist in Feasibility Studies including competitive market analysis, project concepts, and recommendations

Design Build Consultation

• Meet with your design team to fine tune all operational and functional areas, unit sizes, and other common areas
• Review and monitor the project schedule and provide feedback

Pre-Opening

• Develop a Master Pre-Opening Critical Path
• Develop a Sales Plan, pre-opening budget, and pre-marketing budget
• Develop an achievable lease-up forecast and resident services fee structure
• Assist in branding and website development

Operations

• Develop an operating budget
• Review and report on current revenue and operating expenses with an emphasis on meeting budget forecasts – MTD and YTD reports are reviewed on a regular basis
• Recruit, train, and orient all staff including the GM
• Consult on the development and delivery of operations manuals
• Provide CQI initiatives, key indicators, benchmarks, and audit tools
• Provide operational and financial reporting templates
