Management Operations involves continuous communication, preparation, and effective risk management. Our operations management framework is able to deliver on the following activities:
Project Concept Phase
- We will assist in Property Fact Sheet development
- We will assist in Feasibility Studies including competitive market analysis, project concepts, and recommendations
Design Build Consultation
- Meet with your design team to fine tune all operational and functional areas, unit sizes, and other common areas
- Review and monitor the project schedule and provide feedback
Pre-Opening
- Develop a Master Pre-Opening Critical Path
- Develop a Sales Plan, pre-opening budget, and pre-marketing budget
- Develop an achievable lease-up forecast and resident services fee structure
- Assist in branding and website development
Operations
- Develop an operating budget
- Review and report on current revenue and operating expenses with an emphasis on meeting budget forecasts – MTD and YTD reports are reviewed on a regular basis
- Recruit, train, and orient all staff including the GM
- Consult on the development and delivery of operations manuals
- Provide CQI initiatives, key indicators, benchmarks, and audit tools
- Provide operational and financial reporting templates
